Christmas 2012 Gone By

Yes there had been Christmas at our house, "Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard".  Some were more "spoiled" then others at our house.

I, Bandit, being the "top dog" of course always seems to get the little bit extras, however there had been a little competition in the way of one of his favourite boys this time around.

First Day Of Winter Celebration

"The First Day of Winter arrived in full Swing with unsettled Weather and Snow here "Just North of Wiarton.  Thursday Bandit rolling around in the green going into the very next Friday morn with heavy wet snow."

"Should anyone own a Checkerboard Aussie, they would surely know how much they LOVE the Snow ... right down to the last Snowflake."

"This 1st Day of Winter was being celebrated with an Annual Christmas Photo Shoot.  What a perfect background the Snow provided."

"Yes it was time to do our Annual Season's Greeting photos.  Bandit his usual, "knock it off with the camera will ya" look along with a huge grin."

"Out into the wood shed Lexus went to help her Human Mom to collect a bucket of wood.   There are squirrels in here somewhere I just know it !"

It was just over a year ago now that I, Missy Mercedes, came to my new FOREVER HOME "Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard".  Um, that might not be right as we could move some day, so maybe it should be rephrased to say "live with our "FOREVER HUMANS" ????  That sounds about right.

I am getting to be a big girl now, as a whole Year and a bit has passed now.  I LOVE my FOREVER HUMANS, Cindy and Rob, as well as Bandit, Lexus and Buddy.  However Lexus and I tend to "get into it" from time to time, but girls will be girls as you well know.

Buddy is still a little rammy for me, but that is because he didn't begin life with our FOREVER HUMANS like the rest of us did.  *Sigh* I am sure he will adjust eventually, as you do know how boys can be, don't you?

Bandit? well he is just a big old push over.  Everyone knows that, don't they?

Our Human Dad, Rob, is The "Crabby Cabby".  He always has an Van as his totally "awesome" Crabby Cabbie vehicle and we ....

".... all jump in it every chance we get."

Us "Checkerboard Aussies" LOVE us some rides out and about the country side, or even a quick jaunt into town and back would suit us just fine.
