Goodbye Little Lunette

 Today was the day the very last of the "Checkerboard Aussies" Fabulous Four's pup, Lunette, was to go to her Forever Home.

"As soon as her other siblings had left the day before Easter Weekend, she had been started on outside "potty" training, as shown here today.  Then have herself a big run over to a big puddle to "fill up" again."

"Bandit is demonstrating how to "train" a Checkerboard Aussie puppy.  This is the "ignore" technique he is applying in this photo.  See how well it worked? there goes Lunette off towards another adventure other then "bugging" her Dad."

"All Day long, waiting, waiting, eating dirt, waiting, waiting ... FINALLY those Forever Home people of mine showed up !!!"

Congratulations Little Lunette on her Forever Home.  We are looking forward to your New Human, Jamilyn, to keeping us posted on your growing up days.

Seven Days Old

We are totally amazed here, Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard, that our Fabulous Four litter from our amazing "Checkerboard Aussies'" Bandit & Lexus have not only found their Forever Homes at a week old, but that each have also received an amazing name ....

"Each Fabulous Four "Checkerboard Aussie" Puppy has their very own unique name.  How special is that?  Now I don't have to call them "puppy, puppy, puppy, puppy" in the next 7 weeks of life here with Mama and Pop."

Special thanks to Jamilyn, Mike, Linda, Mackenzie & Liam, and Sara & Garret for giving each of their Forever Puppy their unique name.  I am certain they will make you proud (when they grow into be to be that Forever Dog, once the terrible twos has been all sorted out).
